The young chef/ owner behind Shuang Kou Mian 爽口面 takes pride and care in every bowl of noodles they cook and serve. Every single ingredient used to cook a bowl of noodles including chilli, pork lard and ikan bilis, is fried and cooked by him from scratch. It’s comfort food at its best.
