Christian Calledo

From a young age, Chef Christian Calledo grew up savouring the rich and amazing variety of food in Cebu. As a true blue Cebuano, Chris embarked on a journey from Tlisay to Jai Alai and to Carcar, where he acquired a throbbing taste of what Lechon IS and SHOULD be. He is passionate about not just food, but the whole experience of exposing the world to authentic Cebuano cuisine, through both food and customer service.
